A 381-bed Level I Trauma Center in Worcester, MA, is seeking experienced Telemetry Registered Nurses to join their growing team. Known for delivering the best care in a friendly, community-focused atmosphere, the hospital offers advanced heart and vascular services, comprehensive ortho and rehab programs, women & infant services, and a robust surgical department featuring da Vinci robotic surgery and CyberKnife technology.

About the Unit:

• Department: Telemetry
• Patient Population: Cardiac Tele
• Support: Monitor techs on staff
• Leadership: New manager stabilizing and expanding the unit
• Growth: Increased volume & expansion of services
• EMR: Cerner
• Cross-training opportunities from Med/Surg

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ months Med/Surg or Med/Tele experience
• 1 year Telemetry preferred
• BLS required upon hire
• ACLS within 90 days
• ASN or BSN

Compensation & Incentives:

• Competitive pay
• Differentials: Nights +$5, Evenings +$3, Weekends +$2.25
• Sign-On Bonus:
• Days: $20,000
• Nights: $25,000
• Relocation assistance available (case-by-case)
