Position Description
The Judge Group is seeking dedicated LPNs in Peabody, MA. This is a great opportunity from Monday to Friday 11pm-7:30am with required availability every other weekend. Here are some responsibilities of the position:
- Follow the State Nurse Practice Act and established best practices.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions, adjusting care to ensure safety and comfort.
- Uphold infection control standards.
- Accurately document care in the EMR system.
- Collaborate in inter-disciplinary team meetings to create comprehensive care plans.
- Educate residents and family members on conditions, care plans, and medications.
